Welcome to The Flower Bar. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of products and services from The Flower Bar.

By visiting our website, placing an order, submitting an inquiry, or using any of our online services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

2. PRODUCTS & FLORAL SUBSTITUTIONS

Our floral arrangements are individually designed using fresh, seasonal flowers and materials. Because flowers are a natural and seasonal product, the exact flowers, colors, varieties, greenery, containers, and decorative elements shown in photographs may not always be available.

We reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions when necessary. Substitutions will be made with flowers or materials of similar style, quality, and value whenever possible.

Because each arrangement is handcrafted, your finished arrangement may vary slightly from the photograph shown on the website.

We cannot guarantee that every arrangement will look exactly like the photograph displayed online.

3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability.

Certain flowers, plants, gifts, containers, and seasonal products may become unavailable without notice. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we may contact you to discuss an appropriate substitution.

If a suitable substitution cannot be made, The Flower Bar may contact you regarding available options.

4. ORDERS & ORDER CONFIRMATION

Submitting an order through our website does not guarantee that the order will be accepted.

Orders are considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and the order has been accepted by The Flower Bar.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including because of product availability, pricing errors, delivery limitations, suspected fraudulent activity, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the appropriate refund will be issued.

5. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable taxes and delivery fees.

Prices, products, availability, and promotions may change at any time without notice.

Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not directly store your full credit card information.

The Flower Bar reserves the right to correct pricing, product descriptions, or other website errors. If an error affects an order that has already been placed, we will contact you when appropriate to discuss the available options.

6. DELIVERY

The Flower Bar offers local delivery within our designated delivery area.

Delivery fees may vary depending on the delivery location and service selected. Any applicable delivery fee will be displayed during checkout or communicated to the customer before the order is finalized.

We will make every reasonable effort to deliver orders on the requested delivery date. However, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time unless specifically arranged with The Flower Bar.

Delivery schedules may be affected by weather, traffic, holidays, high order volume, unforeseen circumstances, or other conditions outside our control.

7. DELIVERY ADDRESS & RECIPIENT INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, recipient name, and contact information.

The Flower Bar is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.

If the recipient is unavailable, our team may attempt to contact the recipient or customer to determine an appropriate delivery option.

Depending on the circumstances, an arrangement may be left in a safe location, with another responsible person, or returned to The Flower Bar for pickup or redelivery.

Additional delivery charges may apply when a second delivery attempt is necessary due to incorrect information, an unavailable recipient, or circumstances outside The Flower Bar's control.

8. PICKUP ORDERS

Customers selecting pickup are responsible for collecting their order during the designated pickup timeframe.

If you are unable to pick up your order as scheduled, please contact The Flower Bar as soon as possible.

Because fresh flowers and plants are perishable products, we cannot guarantee the condition of an order that remains unclaimed for an extended period of time.

9. CANCELLATIONS

Because floral products are perishable and many orders require advance preparation, cancellation policies may vary depending on the type of order.

For standard floral orders, please contact The Flower Bar as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your order.

Once an order has been designed, prepared, or is in the process of delivery, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Custom orders, special-order flowers, sympathy arrangements, holiday orders, wedding/event orders, and other specialty orders may have different cancellation requirements.

Please contact The Flower Bar directly regarding cancellation of these orders.

10. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

Because flowers and many of our products are perishable, returns are generally not accepted.

If you are unhappy with your order or there is a problem with your delivery, please contact The Flower Bar as soon as possible so that we can review the situation.

Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we will make reasonable efforts to address concerns on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds, replacements, or other resolutions are determined at the discretion of The Flower Bar based on the circumstances of the order.

11. FLOWER CARE & PRODUCT LIFE

Fresh flowers are perishable and require proper care.

The lifespan of an arrangement depends on the type of flowers used, temperature, environment, water quality, and the care provided after delivery.

The Flower Bar is not responsible for the natural aging or deterioration of flowers after delivery when proper care instructions have not been followed.

Customers are encouraged to follow the flower-care instructions provided with their order.

12. WEATHER & UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

The Flower Bar is not responsible for delays or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, power outages, emergencies, supplier shortages, or other unforeseen circumstances.

When possible, we will communicate with customers regarding significant changes affecting their orders.

13. WEDDINGS & SPECIAL EVENTS

Wedding and event floral services may be subject to separate proposals, contracts, deposits, payment schedules, cancellation policies, and service agreements.

If you book wedding or event services with The Flower Bar, the terms of your signed proposal or contract will govern those services in addition to these website Terms & Conditions.

14. WEBSITE CONTENT

The content on this website, including photographs, logos, graphics, written content, product descriptions, designs, and other materials, belongs to or is used by The Flower Bar and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without permission.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on our website is accurate and current; however, errors or omissions may occasionally occur.

We reserve the right to update, change, or remove website content at any time.

15. PHOTOGRAPHS & COLORS

We make every effort to accurately represent our products through photographs.

However, colors may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, device settings, and screen resolution.

Because our arrangements are handcrafted and made with natural products, the finished product may vary from the images shown online.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.
